In September 2016 Michael Stollenwerk, “One of Philly’s most visible seafood chefs,” according to Philadelphia Magazine, and winner of Bon Appètite’s Third Best Restaurant in the Country (for his restaurant, Little Fish) along with his girlfriend Felice Leibowitz opened Two Fish to rave reviews.
Chef Stollenwerk creates an ever-changing menu that focuses on highlighting the natural flavors of the food while placing an importance on using local and sustainably sourced ingredients at their peak. The intimately casual, seafood-centric, 18 seat setting are just a few of the features that make Two Fish one of New Jersey’s favorite restaurants.
Starting in July (with reservations opening June 1st) we will no longer be offering an a la carte menu. Two Fish BYOB will solely be offering a weekly 6 course Chef’s Tasting menu for $100pp throughout the restaurant for parties of up to six.
This change will allow Chef/owner Michael Stollenwerk to showcase his culinary vision & creativity by offering a series of dishes each highlighting different flavors, textures & techniques for you to enjoy.
